Great place to hold
woodworking books and magazines!
After - There is a desk under there somewhere!
This bookshelf started out as the top part of my corner computer desk.
The top part couldn't be used in the new house without blocking my windows (Which I didn't want to do.
So I cut off the bottom and used the left over pieces to re-finish the edges.
I then stood the two pieces on end and put them in the corner of my office.
It blocks a couple inches of the closet door, but I can live with it.
